2025 Spring Elks Soccer Registration

STANDARD PROGRAM: ** For players with birth dates on/before 8/31/2019 **

*** As in the 2023-24 season, the Elks Youth Soccer Club will implement a co-ed format in age divisions in which the number of players registered does not support enough teams within a given grade level in both the girls and boys groups. This change will help to reduce the amount of cross age division play and provide more variety of opponents for the teams within the age divisions. Decisions regarding which age divisions will move to the co-ed format will take place once registration closes.***

New Elks players must submit a birth certificate. Returning players with a birth certificate already on file are NOT required to submit a birth certificate again. Registration is subject to cancellation if the birth certificate is not submitted timely.

Most games are played on Saturdays, with game times at 10:00, 11:10, 12:20, 1:30, 2:40. Weeknight games are possible depending on scheduling for league size, rainouts, etc., and are usually played on Monday evenings starting at 5:30pm.

In our Standard program, each player is assigned to an age-grouped team with a volunteer coach. Volunteer coaches are always needed, and coaches receive discounted registration for their child/children. Registration fee includes league fees, IYSA registration and IYSA insurance fee, and team shirt.

• 2025 Spring ONLY Registration ($70)

First games of the Spring season are anticipated to be on 3/22/2025 (date is subject to change). Once registration closes in February, teams will be established and coaches will contact players regarding practice dates/times prior to the first weekend of games.

Standard registration will close 2/22/2025 (date subject to change). We need time to get all team rosters set so that coaches can communicate practice schedules, game schedules can be developed, team shirts ordered, etc., so it is vital that we have all players registered by this date. Final determination of teams will be based on numbers of registered players in each age division.

Late registrations (after 2/8/2025) will be accepted based on availability of a roster spot and are ineligible for discounts. Late registrations will incur a $30 late fee per child.
