2020 Spring/Fall Elks Soccer Registration

SIBLING DISCOUNT CODE:

Siblings, registered under the same parent account, will need to enter the following code for each registration to receive a $15 per player sibling discount. The siblings must ALL register for a full year (Spring & Fall) to receive a discount and it does not apply to the Junior's Program.

You will find an option during registration to choose SPRING ONLY ($60)* / FALL ONLY ($60)** or BOTH Spring & Fall Seasons ($100).***

Registration will END: 02/07/2020. We need time to get all teams and schedules set so it is vital that we have all players registered by this date. Team selections are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Anyone wishing to register after the end date will be accepted based on availability of a roster spot, discount code ineligible and there will be a $20 late fee per child.
